Clear guidelines concerning platform access, educational content availability, and financial transparency.
All currently active science curriculum concepts, practice questions, flashcards, and student progress-tracking features on PhotonFactor Science are 100% free. We do not require credit card details, recurring billing subscriptions, or upfront payments to access educational chapters.
If optional premium services (such as 1-on-1 mentorship, specialized mock test series, or physical study kits) are introduced in the future, standard student-friendly refund terms (including 7-day cancellation grace periods) will apply and will be published well in advance of activation.
If you have questions regarding access, billing inquiries, or feature availability, our team is always ready to help. Reach out directly through our Contact Page.
